Margaret is a wonderful big sister and such a helpful daughter. I can't even count how many books she read this summer and she has enjoyed trying out new recipes from international cookbooks borrowed from the library. I think her favorite was the homemade flour tortillas she made all by herself. My favorite of her creations was the hand-crafted gnocchi.
Here are some "Where has the time gone?!" moments:
1 week old
8 months old: She did used to like spinach!
2 years old: She's always been a great helper
4 years old: Finding out she is going to be a big sister.
5 years old: First day of kindergarten.
8th birthday
She wanted to invite a few friends over for pizza and games on her birthday. The list just kept growing and we ended up with 15 guests. It wasn't as crazy as we thought it would be.
Her favorite gift was an iPod nano.
